I think this is the simplest method I could think of
this is the process
go to gofundme website and create a account...of either US or AU or EU
create a bank drop of same country as the go fund me and link it to your account.
create a reasonable target on the go fund me account not more than 200k
after you've the account ready and linked to the drop you can use cc of any country to make payments as much as during the payments you'll be connected to the CCs address.
for each CC don't do more than 150$ to avoid charge back and also exploiting daily limit of the cc owner.
