Bruh your too late to the party... Like years an years an years late. The only way to cash out big anymore is to find your own exploit or find someone willing to show you something that isn't easily known. But I will tell you that identity fraud is still very profitable. A fast an easy way would be to find someone with good credit go to a pre approval cc site let the card ship to a drop an cash out 2 weeks later most likey. But if you can get 2k to 5k a card its definitely worth it. They will probably make you wait before you can pull cash out of an ATM but you can make a very profitable business after you map out the drops an getting cards shipped like clock work. That's real legitimate advice an it's probably the best advice you will get. Its very easy to do as well.
