Instagram Temporary Ban Case Study #8: Client Requested Temporary Takedown of Non-Verified Personal Instagram Account [2.6k Followers]. This specific user had a large number of posts (around 200 to be specific), so we simply did variable spam reports based on all of the posts that the user had on their profile. This specific attack was extremely easy to do, simply because of the volume of posts relative to the botnets we have, the equal distribution of botnets/photos made the attack easy.
The profile was completely disabled for a span of five weeks post-order and the client was satisfied. This user following was also reduced drastically from the attack to around 2.4k when the attack was solidified, however, the user has rebuilt a little since and is back at around 2.6k again.
