I can't do it for you, but I can tell you what to do, it's a way I saw on a forum. So, what you have to do is copy all of her account, her profile pic, her photos and her bio. Now, you have the same account, but you don't have the followers, there is many way to have them. The concept is simple, you will report her for impersonation. But to be credible, you need to have more followers than her and a better account, also, live the account, DM some guys and make the account credible.
