So I just buy dumps with pin and go to every ATM possible? This does seem to simple to be true. What stops me from making hundreds of thousands and why does not everbody does it? I can imagine there are a lot older ATMs in Eastern Europe and Africa.

Is it possible to buy CC info with atm PIN. Write them on a blank card magwise and withdraw money at ATM. I know some old ATM's in my country, I damaged my own bank card chip and it stilled worked through reading the mag, I could still also withdraw money. So would it be possible?
