The rebuy u do just has to be documented to tax authorities you can even completely fabricate your buy/sell dates and they won't even look into it aslong as you pay taxes honestly man.

What type of organization are u running? like an LLC or something overseas to launder the money? R2D2 says not to send to coinbas because of the centralized exchange joint security blacklist it would probably fail etc.

It works (for now) phemex isn't in the collaborative security network that coinbase and the others are in. If they join it, it will forsure get blacklisted, so ur theoretically correct, its just something that works while they aren't on that network.
