what can i do based off of discord account billing info

i gained access to someone's discord account, which has billing info, can i make any moves with this?
i have full name, exp date, address, credit card brand, and last 4 digits. i have 2 ideas.
Send a phishing text on a burner phone i have, i could address the person by their full name to seem trustworthy, or i could just lock the discord account holder out of their account and use it to buy and resell nitro and discord server boosts. Im a beginner and im trying to get a hang of this stuff.

i also know that the account holder is in credit card debt, i have his number as well, i could probably send him a message like "hi daniel, this is __ bank. We are contacting you about your credit card debt" type shit

You can use a calling bot to call the victim to "give you the sms code"
