I just wanted to share my experience with coffeestrict to warn you all about this shady company. I placed an order on December 23, 2023, and finally received it today, only to find the product completely broken and of poor quality.
Naturally, I reached out to request a full refund, but guess what? The email provided by the company is bogus! There's absolutely no way to contact them for a refund or any kind of resolution.
Honestly, this company is trash. Their products are garbage, their customer service is nonexistent, and to top it off, they have the audacity to ignore refund requests and provide fake contact information.
I'm beyond frustrated with this whole ordeal. It's companies like coffeestrict.com that give online shopping a bad name. I sincerely hope nobody else falls victim to their scammy practices.
