To register you just need to use the personal information for the fullz use your email / phone. The registration process is quite simple and self-explanatory. You can change the name of the person whom is being picked up by the cab so not to worry.
Once registered your going to want to input the address and data for booking the ride, choose your pickup time and it will show you your estimated arrival time etc. Hit continue next its going to ask you to choose a vehicle class (Business, Electric, SUV, Etc.) and then to choose a vehicle.
Next it will prompt you to enter the payment information this is where you will input the victims cc info be sure to input the info manually and never copy and paste!
It will now ask you for the persons name, and provide a box to leave any additional request for your driver. Nect click confirm and you should instantly receive a confirmation of your order Click on rides and you should see the details relating to your order.
As mentioned one could rent a car in basically the same process the only difference being they automatically charge you for 2 hours, and then deduct the rest after vehicle is returned.

Bonus: if one has a CPN and is looking to strengthen it you could apply to become a driver for the app since there is the driver app you could rent out a associates vehicle, pay people to be part time drivers etc. this would be a really good way to strengthen a CPN!
