Due to the situation of Russia and the rest of the world payment securities and information exchange are considered very low level.
Word is out that there is this “new” method of carding btc with Russian CC.
Anyone have any experience with this method or is it just a new scam?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probally isn't true. (dnmers are bad about forgetting this...)
Best case scenario, you don't make much money.

Worse case, the feds interrogate you about everything you do, especially "colluding" with sanctioned individuals.

A little carding, the government doesn't have time for you. Probally would target you for associating with anything Russian.
No opsec is 100% safe and I don't think you want to be testing it out on something that might eventually attract more scrutity than any vendor on the dark web. It may not seem like it to the privillaged world, but wars get get pretty bad in that way. Dont risk it. Do not do anything that is bypassing the sanctions in any way if you are not a serious badass. Even stealing money from Russians and transfering it to yourself is transfering money from Russia in the eyes of the government. "I WAS JUST STEALING IT"

Chances are it doesn't even work, though.
