cashapp carding method?

Hey guys, I read about about a cashapp method:
Buy a verified cashpp and buy CC and link it to the account, cahsout the CC using the cashapp. I have seen couple people talking about this method.
My question is, since the details on the card is different and the cashapp account was created with a different fullz, How can you link the CC to the account successfully?
This is an expensive method so I need to make sure it will work?
Any advice or Ideas guys?
