If your phone has a microSD card, move the file to the card, insert card into your computer running Tails.
Failing that, you can use a USB OTG adapter to move the file to a flash drive, then insert that into the Tails device.
Or could just upload the file to a cloud hosting service then download it from Tails, but this is probably not safe if the file is sensitive.
Keep in mind that even if you delete or move sometihng form your phone it can still be recovered by forensic tools. So never store sensitive information on or access the dark web from a phone.
