Soooo hey I got a debit n credit card number wit pin, their fullz picture of them as well and access to their phone, credit karma and id.me . Im trying to get the most out of this information without alarming them. Is their a loan I could apply for ? they have 718 credit . I also was thinking about just cashing out their card on cashapp? Please bare with me I am new to this lol

3. Apply for a loan through CK
As for the DC & CC, card electronics... you will need a good setup or you will just end up burning the cards.
