International cards from PYTHON KINGDOM, cash out success rate in Asia

Does anyone has experience ordering physical international cards from python and cashing out at ATMs in Asia? If so, do you run into any issues?

Was thinking to order a high-balance card from them but was a little skeptical as most of their cards are only in the US / UK

appreciate if anyone could share their experience on this
