Question: cloning possible in europe?

Hello guys i have a quick question. Is it possible to clone cards that can be used in europe. Due to emv chips europe has pretty high security standarts. Ive seen a tt on cashoutempire, that basicly shows the entire process. Im just looking for someone, who can verify this information. Is modifying the chip with x2 and an omnikey thats easy?

yea it's still possible to do it in EU, u just need a trusted dump vendor and also to not mess anything up while modifying the EMV chip

Talked to the python kingdom ceo about this early on extensively, it cost roughly $250k to actually have the tools to encode them and there is no software its manually coded apparently.

Anyone that says otherwise is bullshitting.
