trying to open a bank account - CPN

I have a cpn and been getting denied for major banks is it because i dont have any tradelines/no score yet? I need a bank account to pay off my debts from the cpn in the future any advice or pointers? Would prefer a major bank

In my experience you gtta wait.
Mybe try
1> Open a self credit builder acc.
Do some opt ins, public records.
2> WAIT 2-3 months
then try again
if you keep applying and getting denied the chexsystem will red flag u
no matter how good your score is and you will need to go in the bank.
