what is better? vpn or socks5?

I ve been interested in carding for awhile since years ago i ve first heard about but never tried. i see that using socks5 is still recommended but from a little research on the webs, i understand that vpn offers a better protection by encrypting your data.

what is ur take on this ? i use a paid nord vpn subscription

bro depends on what youre usin it for vpn+tor is the best option if you tryna hide from the feds etc. but if you wanna card you can do a vpn socks5 to card since cardin with a vpn or tor will make it impossible but if ur just browsin and stuff then nord vpn is good but theyre better options for vpns since nord is kinda sus and they sell out underpressure
