In the U.S., you can expect to pay a bit more for dump cards compared to Europe. In-store swiping is out of the question in the U.S., but I'm not sure about European countries so there might be some money to be made if EMV isn't enforced. You'll have to check that info and see. The average price for these cards is usually between $50-$80 USD.

I'm curious as to why you believe that in-store swiping is not feasible in the United States? Additionally, what are your opinions regarding the use of Python Cards for cashing out at bank ATMs?
